We collect account information (name, email, password), business details (business name, ABN, address, logo, bank/PayID details), and the invoice, quote, and client data you enter into the Service.

We use this information to provide the Service — generating your invoices and quotes, sending them on your behalf, sending payment reminders, and displaying your dashboard. We do not sell your data.

Your data is stored and processed using the following third-party providers: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Resend (transactional email delivery), Stripe (payment processing, where enabled), and Vercel (application hosting). Each provider processes data only as needed to provide their respective service to us.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
