By creating an account or using QuickBill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QuickBill is a software tool that helps small businesses create, send, and track invoices and quotes. QuickBill is not an accounting firm, payment processor, or financial advisor, and does not lodge tax or GST returns on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices or quotes, or to attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or security.

QuickBill is a tool for creating and sending invoices and quotes — it does not process payments between you and your clients. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, and for your own tax, GST/BAS, and other regulatory obligations relating to the goods or services you invoice for.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBill and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
